Local Spotlight

As I get older I am more obsessed with knowing exactly where my food is coming from. In this segment I will highlight the various farmer’s markets and shops that highlight local farms and businesses. I believe (if you’re in a position to do so) you should always give back and reinvest in your community. Building those relationships with local farmers to find out about the seasonal produce and learning how the animals were raised, makes food taste so much sweeter.
